Ryvlo Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Ryvlo, the platform for discovering, joining, and managing local sports groups, organizations, and events.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ryvlo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by onesports.app.media@gmail.com.
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Ryvlo
Ryvlo is a technology platform that helps users discover, create, join, and manage local sports groups, communicate with other users, and coordinate sports-related activities and schedules.
Ryvlo also lets users follow sports organizations and discover the events those organizations publish, including where and when an event takes place and whether spaces remain.
Ryvlo does not organize, supervise, control, or endorse any user, group, organization, event, or in-person activity made available through the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and your use does not violate applicable law or regulation.
- You must meet the age of majority or other age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You may not impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, legal, or operational risk.
4. Service Features
The Service may allow you to create a profile, provide sports preferences, provide location information, join or manage groups, follow organizations, discover events and indicate your intention to attend them, send messages, and receive notifications.
The Service also provides safety tools. You may block other users, and you may report users, content, groups, organizations, and events.
5. User Content
You are responsible for the information and content you submit through the Service, including profile details, group content, organization and event content you publish, messages, images, and reports.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Ryvlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Your content must be accurate and not misleading.
- Your content must not infringe third-party rights.
- Your content must not contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or malicious material.
6. Location-Based Features
Certain Service features rely on location-related information to help surface nearby groups, improve relevance, and support group creation and participation.
Location information may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You remain responsible for your decisions about where to go, who to meet, and whether to participate in any activity.
7. Organizations and Events
Organizations on Ryvlo are independent third parties. The organization that publishes an event, not Ryvlo, is responsible for running that event, for the accuracy of what it says about it, and for changing or cancelling it.
Indicating that you intend to attend an event is a statement of interest between you and the organization. It is not a ticket, a contract, or a guarantee of entry, and any capacity limit is set and enforced by the organization rather than by Ryvlo.
Some organizations register attendees away from Ryvlo and link out to their own registration page. Those pages are operated by the organization or its provider and are governed by their terms and privacy policies. Ryvlo is not a party to them and does not receive or control what you submit there.
Ryvlo does not verify organizations, the claims they make about themselves, or the events they publish.
8. Real-World Activity Risk
Sports participation and in-person meetups involve inherent risk, including injury, illness, property damage, and interactions with strangers. This applies equally to activities you arrange through a group and to events published by an organization.
Ryvlo does not guarantee the identity, conduct, quality, legality, or safety of users, groups, organizations, venues, events, or activities. You participate in all offline activities at your own risk.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to harm others, violate the law, or interfere with Ryvlo’s systems or community.
- Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, or abuse
- Spam, scams, scraping, or unauthorized data harvesting
- Illegal conduct, impersonation, or deceptive activity
- Malware, reverse engineering, or attempts to gain unauthorized access
10. Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
The Service provides tools for raising problems with us and for protecting yourself from other users.
We review reports we receive and act on those that identify a breach of these Terms. Reporting a user does not by itself hide them from you; blocking does that immediately.
- You can report a user, a group, an organization, or an event, and tell us why.
- You can block another user, which stops them from reaching you through the Service.
- You can contact us directly at the address in the final section of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Ryvlo Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information.
12. Third-Party Services
Ryvlo may rely on third-party services for authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, mapping, push notifications, storage, and app distribution. Those services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, design, and content owned by Ryvlo, is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ryvlo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
14. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ryvlo disclaims warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryvlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from in-person interactions, sports participation, or user conduct.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ryvlo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and, where available, request account deletion through the app.
We may retain certain information after suspension or deletion where necessary for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.
17. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Ryvlo in its final published version of these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Ryvlo at onesports.app.media@gmail.com.
